WATERTOWN PARKING STUDY
Traffic Solutions, LLC was retained by Watertown’s Community
Development and Planning Department to undertake a
parking study for Watertown Square. |

WATERTOWN - COMMON STREET
Traffic Solutions was retained to design roadway reconstruction and safety improvements
along Common Street. Common Street is a 0.8 mile long
roadway extending through densely residential neighborhoods
and adjacent to Watertown High School. |

WATERTOWN - CONDUIT INSTALLATION
Traffic Solutions was retained to
design a multi-conduit installation along Acton Street, expanding
underground utility and emergency connections towards
the eventual completion of a town-wide communications grid. |

WATERTOWN COOLIDGE SQUARE
Traffic Solutions was retained to
investigate improvements to traffic operations and pedestrian
safety in Coolidge Square. |

WATERTOWN - MBTA BUS STUDY
Traffic Solutions to investigated
improving access for transferring MBTA bus passengers
within Watertown Square while preserving service for
the cut through passengers. |

WATERTOWN - ORCHARD STREET
Traffic Solutions was retained to
design improvements along Orchard Street. The project consisted
of four components:
- A signalized pedestrian crossing
- Illuminated school zone signs were proposed at two locations
along Orchard Street
- A multi-conduit installation was designed for a half mile
long segment for future utility and emergency connections.
- Safety and operational improvements were designed at
the four-legged intersection of Orchard Street at Waverley
Avenue.

WATERTOWN-TRAFFIC CALMING
Traffic Solutions was retained to
design traffic calming features at two locations each within
close proximity to operating schools. Locations include:
- Columbia Street (adjacent to Watertown High School)
- Mount Auburn Street (adjacent to Hosmer School)

WATERTOWN WAVERLY AVE
Traffic Solutions was retained by the Town of Watertown to
design roadway improvements, pedestrian enhancements
and traffic calming features along Waverley Avenue from
Main Street to Quirk Street. |
